When beginning your reiki journey, or using it to work on a specific issue such as poor sleep or high-stress, it is recommended to have a set of three sessions relatively close together as the reiki builds up in your system over this time. Most clients then find that once they have been 'topped up', a monthly or six-weekly session is enough to maintain the wellbeing benefits, although it may be necessary to up this again during particularly stressful times for body or mind. We will schedule your second and third sessions at your first visit to take place within a six-week period.

Reiki Relaxation Treatment

A low contact, energy balancing treatment which aims to induce a state of deep relaxation and kickstart the body's own natural ability to heal itself. You will lay on a couch whilst I place my hands over a variety of chakra/energy storage points in the body from the crown down to the feet. Reiki is a gentle yet powerful treatment which can help with a huge variety of physical and emotional issues such as stress, anxiety, poor sleep, overwhelm, physical pain, trauma and much more. Leave feeling more relaxed than you have for years. A set of at least 3 initial sessions is usually recommended.

Indian Head Massage With Reiki

This is my most popular treatment as you get all the benefits of both therapies in a combined one-hour treatment. A full Indian Head Massage with added reiki to include the highest four chakras which will leave you feeling thoroughly relaxed and balance. Please note this treatment is usually carried out seated for the full hour on the massage chair but the reiki part can be performed laid on the couch on request.

Monthly Wellbeing Club In-person session

Each month we explore a topic around wellbeing and I share tips, selfcare practices and guided mindfulness exercises to help you improve your own wellbeing even on the busiest of days. All the exercises and resources are then shared within the online membership platform for members to access at any time. Caroline was great, not only due to her personal experience but on putting a cross why are hormones make us feel tge way we feel. She went into just enough detail on how the hormones work sending and receiving messages, which I did not know.
She shared ideas on both medication and holistic approach too and emphasised that we need time for ourselves.
She was not pushing her services but explained what she can support with.

Last year I discovered the value of self care and my monthly head massage has significantly helped to get me through some really tough times recently. I have now signed up to a regular monthly time for this year, which makes it much easier rather than booking each month, so I have that already in place to make sure that I have what I need in order to care daily for three adult family members.
