When beginning your reiki journey, or using it to work on a specific issue such as poor sleep or high-stress, it is recommended to have a set of three sessions relatively close together as the reiki builds up in your system over this time. Most clients then find that once they have been 'topped up', a monthly or six-weekly session is enough to maintain the wellbeing benefits, although it may be necessary to up this again during particularly stressful times for body or mind. We will schedule your second and third sessions at your first visit to take place within a six-week period.

Reiki Relaxation Treatment

A low contact, energy balancing treatment which aims to induce a state of deep relaxation and kickstart the body's own natural ability to heal itself. You will lay on a couch whilst I place my hands over a variety of chakra/energy storage points in the body from the crown down to the feet. Reiki is a gentle yet powerful treatment which can help with a huge variety of physical and emotional issues such as stress, anxiety, poor sleep, overwhelm, physical pain, trauma and much more. Leave feeling more relaxed than you have for years. A set of at least 3 initial sessions is usually recommended.

Luxury Indian Head Massage

A wonderfully relaxing massage of the upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp and face with the option to use a beautifully scented aromatherapy massage oil. Fantastic for easing sore muscles, freeing up stiff joints and inducing a deep feeling of relaxation and wellbeing. Indian Head Massage With Reiki

This is my most popular treatment as you get all the benefits of both therapies in a combined one-hour treatment. A full Indian Head Massage with added reiki to include the highest four chakras which will leave you feeling thoroughly relaxed and balance. ''You're A Special Lady' Heavenly Hands Pamper Event

Treat her, and yourself, to the experience of silky soft skin, tension melting mindful touch and the soothing scents of aromatherapy bliss. During this event we will treat our hands to a gentle exfoliation, explore the power of touch to calm body and mind, banish any signs of premature ageing with an age defying hand serum and finally nurture our hard-working hands with an exclusive aromatherapy – based designer hand lotion. Hands will feel soft, look younger and the mind will feel calmer too. This will take place in the Wellbeing Room, next to the treatment room, in Hibaldstow (full address available on booking confirmation email). You and your guest will be welcomed with a warming drink, sweet treats and receive a goody bag to take away and enjoy.

Age Well & Stress Less (Free age-defying skincare and relaxation event)

Getting older doesn’t mean we are necessarily happy to look older too! But, how do you know where to start? The world of age-related skincare can be a very confusing one with many claims made about different products and ingredients and their age-defying benefits. They often come with a high price too so you can very easily waste a lot of money on products that just don’t work for you. You’ve also considered forking out for Botox or cosmetic surgery but that feels a step too far. In this free session I’ll walk you through a simple skincare consultation to find out what your specific concerns are. We will then enjoy a luxury facial pamper experience together so you can try some clinically proven and natural skincare options before spending a penny. I’ll also explain how stress can in fact make you look older than you are and share some simple tips to combat this. Also available as a one-to-one session by arrangement. Booking essential as places are limited. This will take place either in the garden (weather permitting) or the wellbeing room next to the treatment room in Hibaldstow (full address available on booking confirmation email).

Do you have a stressful job, face the daily challenges of caring for a loved one, struggle with poor sleep or managing a health condition and could really do to find some ways to relax, re-charge and quieten an over-active mind? Are you curious about holistic treatments or mindfulness and wonder if they might work for you but aren't sure? Have you been tempted to book an appointment before but were put off because you don't know me or what to expect? Or maybe you just find it a challenge to go somewhere new for the first time on your own to meet a stranger? My Open Treatment Room events are an opportunity to visit for free with no commitment so you can have a look around, get to know me a bit better and ask questions so you can make an informed decision as to whether any of the services I offer would be right for you. You are also more than welcome to bring along a friend for support. Places must be booked in advance and please type in the notes box what time you would like to drop-in during the 2 hour event so I can stagger visitors and give you my undivided attention. You are also welcome to visit on a different day/time by prior arrangement if preferred.

Monthly Wellbeing Club In-person session

This session is open to both Wellbeing Club members, as part of their monthly membership fee, and non-members, who are able to pay £5 to ttend on a pay as you go basis.
Each month we explore a topic around wellbeing and I share tips, selfcare practices and guided mindfulness exercises to help you improve your own wellbeing even on the busiest of days. All the exercises and resources are then shared within the online membership platform for members to access at any time.
