Enjoy a full hour of pampering designed to melt away stress and leave you feeling refreshed. In this session, you can choose from a variety of holistic therapies - be it a soothing Indian Head Massage, some Reiki Relaxation or a Holistic Facial.

Wellbeing Club Silver Members ~ 60-Minute Treatment

Soothe mind and body and appear visibly younger thanks to the age defying and calming benefits of Frankincense essential oil. Begins with 15 mins of guided mindfulness meditation to help you relax. Followed by luxury cleanse, tone, hot towels and Frankincense Intense Age Defying Overnight Mask.  30 mins of reiki whilst the mask works its magic on deep lines and wrinkles to firm, re-contour and smooth. Facial massage to further plump, eye cream and age defying moisturiser. Finish with a scalp massage and spritz of Frankincense mist. Add on a 30 mins head massage for £75

Age Well & Stress Less Luxury Pamper

A luxury holistic facial to help you to age well and stress less! Includes:
- Double cleanse with the Frankincense Cleansing Melt
- Frankincense organic toner
- Hot towels followed by a age defying Frankincense Face Mask
- 30 mins of relaxing Reiki whilst the mask does its thing
- Theraputic facial massage with Frankincense facial oil or serum

Mindful Frankincense Luxury Facial

This is my most popular treatment as you get all the benefits of both therapies in a combined one-hour treatment. A full Indian Head Massage with added reiki to include the highest four chakras which will leave you feeling thoroughly relaxed and balance. Please note this treatment is usually carried out seated for the full hour on the massage chair but the reiki part can be performed laid on the couch on request.

De-stress Wellbeing Package

The ‘Empower Hour’ is a specialised one-to-one wellbeing and life coaching session designed for those navigating through challenging issues that weigh on their emotional wellbeing and stress-resilience. The session provides a safe space to     explore what is holding you back from living your best life and offer you concrete and achievable steps you can take now to move forward with positivity and purpose. It is time to invest in yourself!

Empower Hour

Treat your skin to an express facial using natural and organic skincare products from Neal’s Yard Remedies Organic. Double cleanse, tone, hot towels, acupressure facial massage using a facial oil, eye cream and moisturiser. Choose from Wild Rose Glow, Mindful Frankincense or the seasonal facial option (details on request). If you require a skincare consultation to discuss a particular concern then please book the be-spoke facial 60 mins option.

Take a quick, refreshing break with a 30-minute treatment of your choice. Whether you're in the mood for an invigorating Indian Head Massage or some gentle Reiki Relaxation, my holistic treatments will help you reset and recharge.

Wellbeing Club Bronze Members ~ 30-Minute Treatment

Treat a special lady, that includes yourself, to a Re-hydrating Rose facial experience that’s so much more than a bunch of flowers. Suitable for all ages from 10-110, this treat for all of the senses makes the perfect birthday, anniversary or special occasion gift.  Treatment includes cleanse, exfoliation, tone, hot towels, acupressure facial massage, eye cream, moisturise and scalp massage as well as some balancing a relaxing Reiki.

When beginning your reiki journey, or using it to work on a specific issue such as poor sleep or high-stress, it is recommended to have a set of three sessions relatively close together as the reiki builds up in your system over this time. Most clients then find that once they have been 'topped up', a monthly or six-weekly session is enough to maintain the wellbeing benefits, although it may be necessary to up this again during particularly stressful times for body or mind. We will schedule your second and third sessions at your first visit to take place within a six-week period.

September Selfcare Special (for appointments booked in Sept only)

A low contact, energy balancing treatment which aims to induce a state of deep relaxation and kickstart the body's own natural ability to heal itself. You will lay on a couch whilst I place my hands over a variety of chakra/energy storage points in the body from the crown down to the feet. Reiki is a gentle yet powerful treatment which can help with a huge variety of physical and emotional issues such as stress, anxiety, poor sleep, overwhelm, physical pain, trauma and much more. Leave feeling more relaxed than you have for years. A set of at least 3 initial sessions is usually recommended.

Reiki Relaxation Treatment

A wonderfully relaxing massage of the upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp and face with the option to use a beautifully scented aromatherapy massage oil. Fantastic for easing sore muscles, freeing up stiff joints and inducing a deep feeling of relaxation and wellbeing. Other benefits include - breaking down knots and nodules, releasing toxins stored in tense muscles, improving  oxygen uptake and circulation, easing headache and migraine, relieving nasal congestion, jaw stiffness and eye strain as well as stimulating hair growth. Luxury Indian Head Massage

Do you have a skin concern that you need some personalised help with - rosacea, sensitivity, premature ageing, hormonal skin etc. Want to find organic and natural products that can help?  In this personalised session I will discuss your concerns and match you with products that have been shown  to help from Neal's Yard Remedies Organic. Then allow me to use them to treat you to a lovely and relaxing holistic facial. If you're still nervous then I can provide these to you as samples for you to try at home and patch test instead, there's no charge for this option

Painful or knotty shoulders, neck pain, migraine  or headache?
