Mindful Frankincense Luxury Facial

This is my most popular treatment as you get all the benefits of both therapies in a combined one-hour treatment. A full Indian Head Massage with added reiki to include the highest four chakras which will leave you feeling thoroughly relaxed and balance. Please note this treatment is usually carried out seated for the full hour on the massage chair but the reiki part can be performed laid on the couch on request.

Virtual Free Personal Wellbeing Review (via Zoom)

When beginning your reiki journey, or using it to work on a specific issue such as poor sleep or high-stress, it is recommended to have a set of three sessions relatively close together as the reiki builds up in your system over this time. Most clients then find that once they have been 'topped up', a monthly or six-weekly session is enough to maintain the wellbeing benefits, although it may be necessary to up this again during particularly stressful times for body or mind. We will schedule your second and third sessions at your first visit to take place within a six-week period.

•	This is followed by a muscle warming and revitalising guided foot soak and self-massage using Seaweed & Arnica foam bath & salts (known to soothe aching muscles and revive tired feet) and the soothing and stimulating Warming Salve to improve poor circulation and warm the blood. 
•	Finally, each of you will enjoy a heavenly full Indian Head Massage by me using the warming Ginger & Juniper aromatherapy massage oil to relax tense shoulders, ease headaches & a fuzzy head, relieve facial congestion and soothe an over-wrought nervous system.

Whilst the other person enjoys their head massage, the second will have the opportunity to  unwind further with a warming drink and try out  some simple and relaxing selfcare activities before swapping over.

Winter Warmer Wellbeing Treat For Two

A low contact, energy balancing treatment which aims to induce a state of deep relaxation and kickstart the body's own natural ability to heal itself. You will lay on a couch whilst I place my hands over a variety of chakra/energy storage points in the body from the crown down to the feet. Reiki is a gentle yet powerful treatment which can help with a huge variety of physical and emotional issues such as stress, anxiety, poor sleep, overwhelm, physical pain, trauma and much more. Leave feeling more relaxed than you have for years. A set of at least 3 initial sessions is usually recommended.

Reiki Relaxation Treatment

A wonderfully relaxing massage of the upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp and face with the option to use a beautifully scented aromatherapy massage oil. Fantastic for easing sore muscles, freeing up stiff joints and inducing a deep feeling of relaxation and wellbeing. Other benefits include - breaking down knots and nodules, releasing toxins stored in tense muscles, improving  oxygen uptake and circulation, easing headache and migraine, relieving nasal congestion, jaw stiffness and eye strain as well as stimulating hair growth. Luxury Indian Head Massage

In this personalised session I will discuss your concerns and match you with products that have been shown  to help from Neal's Yard Remedies Organic. Then allow me to use them to treat you to a lovely and relaxing holistic facial. If you're still nervous then I can provide these to you as samples for you to try at home and patch test instead, there's no charge for this option

Skincare Consultation and Bespoke Facial

The seasonal wellbeing package includes a full Indian Head Massage using aromatherapy massage oil followed by a full holistic facial and 30 mins of reiki relaxation. The products change four times a year to support your skin with the changes of the seasons (please ask for details on booking).
