When beginning your reiki journey, or using it to work on a specific issue such as poor sleep or high-stress, it is recommended to have a set of three sessions relatively close together as the reiki builds up in your system over this time. Most clients then find that once they have been 'topped up', a monthly or six-weekly session is enough to maintain the wellbeing benefits, although it may be necessary to up this again during particularly stressful times for body or mind. We will schedule your second and third sessions at your first visit to take place within a six-week period.

A set of three Indian Head Massage treatments relatively close together will help get to the bottom of the muscular tension and stress causing your pain. Save £10 when you pay for all three up front. We will book sessions 2 and 3 at your first visit to take place within a four-week period.
Significantly reduce your stress levels with a relaxing aromatherapy Indian Head Massage followed by a 60 mins Reiki Relaxation session. 1 hour 30 of blissful peace and relaxation and time just for you!
The seasonal wellbeing package includes a full Indian Head Massage using aromatherapy massage oil followed by a full holistic facial and 30 mins of reiki relaxation. The products change four times a year to support your skin with the changes of the seasons (please ask for details on booking).

A low contact, energy balancing treatment which aims to induce a state of deep relaxation and kickstart the body's own natural ability to heal itself. You will lay on a couch whilst I place my hands over a variety of chakra/energy storage points in the body from the crown down to the feet. This is my most popular treatment as you get all the benefits of both therapies in a combined one-hour treatment. A full Indian Head Massage with added reiki to include the highest four chakras which will leave you feeling thoroughly relaxed and balance.
