When beginning your reiki journey, or using it to work on a specific issue such as poor sleep or high-stress, it is recommended to have a set of three sessions relatively close together as the reiki builds up in your system over this time. Most clients then find that once they have been 'topped up', a monthly or six-weekly session is enough to maintain the wellbeing benefits, although it may be necessary to up this again during particularly stressful times for body or mind. We will schedule your second and third sessions at your first visit to take place within a six-week period.
